Order Dispatch:

We generally ship orders the next day.

If your order is received before 2:00 PM, we usually dispatch it the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

Yes, we ship internationally, except for medicines/products restricted by the destination country.

International delivery timeline:

International shipments generally take 4 to 10 days. Delivery may take longer if the parcel is held by customs.

Customs duties & taxes:

All customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

We handle only Indian customs clearance, shipping, packaging, and product cost.

International shipping charges:

The shipping rate is ₹2,999 for up to 500 grams.

If the parcel exceeds 500g, extra charges may apply, or items may be reduced/removed after confirming with you.

All items are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

A valid unboxing video showing the sealed delivery box and entire opening process is mandatory for such claims.

Why does the product photo/packaging/texture look different?

We are retailers only and do not manufacture products. Variations occur because:

These minor differences are normal. All products are 100% original and brand-authorized.

What if I received the wrong or damaged product?

Please contact us immediately and share a clear unboxing video.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Order cancellation is only possible before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed.
If you do not want the item after dispatch, please refuse the delivery.
Once delivered, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We generally initiate refunds on the same day your order is cancelled.
After initiation, the payment gateway/bank usually takes 24 to 72 hours to credit the refund.
Some banks may take slightly longer depending on their internal processing.
