iMedicart RETURN POLICY, REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY

Every time a customer places an order, the team works to process the proper medications in accordance with the order and prescription and aims to serve the medicines and products in the proper conditions/without any harm. Additionally, we urge you to verify the packages as soon as they arrive.

DEFINITION

A "return" is an action in which the customer returns the item they ordered from the iMediCart portal. The following circumstances could happen and lead to a product return:

  • delivered item(s) do not match what you ordered,
  • The provided product(s) have reached or are about to reach their expiration date (medicines with an expiration date of fewer than three months are regarded as being near expiration),
  • Do not accept any product with a broken seal if it was damaged in transportation, according to the product(s) delivered

Reminder: Do not accept delivery of damaged goods if you have already received one. If you realize the goods are broken after opening the package, you can return them for a refund. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a replacement for every product because it depends on the product's availability; in these situations, we will issue a refund.

If there is an issue with the order under the aforementioned improbable scenarios, we would be pleased to help and address your complaint. Within 07 (Seven) days following the product's delivery, you may submit a return request to our customer service team. In the event that a client contacts iMediCart more than 7 days after delivery, iMediCart maintains the right to reject the Return request.

When iMediCart receives your request for a return or refund, it will check its validity and specifics. The Return and Refund process will begin if iMediCart determines that the request is legitimate. Only after receiving confirmation from the relevant vendor regarding the contents of the product related to that return will iMediCart begin processing the refund.

The following requirements must be met for returns to be accepted:

The batch number of the goods being returned must match the one listed on the invoice; any product that was ordered in error is not eligible for return;

The product being returned should only be in its original manufacturer's packaging, which includes the original price tags, labels, barcode, and invoice. Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for Return; only fully unopened strips or products can be returned. Return requests arising from changes in prescription do not qualify for Return.

Products identified on the product page as being non-returnable in a certain category are not eligible for returns under the terms of the iMediCart Return policy. Below are the specifics of the non-returnable products:

  • Baby Care
  • Food and Nutrition
  • Healthcare Devices
  • Sexual Wellness
  • Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Pen fills, and any other Product, requiring cold storage, or medicines

RETURN PROCESS:

  • Please visit www.iMediCart.com/chat and chat with us from 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Sunday, for the return notification.
  • After receiving a complaint, the iMediCart customer care staff will investigate it within 24 Hours
  • When the claim is confirmed to be legitimate and reasonable, iMediCart will start the process of collecting the product(s) that need to be returned.
  • The product(s) must be packaged by the client in the manufacturer's original packaging.
  • Within 48 hours from the date of reverse pick up, the refund will be processed (if required).

REFUND PROCESS:

If the claim in any of the aforementioned situations is determined to be valid, the refund will be given as follows:

When an order is placed using an online wallet, it will be credited to the wallet, and when it is placed using cash-on-delivery, the consumer will receive a refund by bank transfer.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellation

Before iMediCart ships the product, the consumer has the option to cancel their order. Orders cannot be canceled after shipping.

iMediCart Cancellation

It may be necessary to cancel some orders because iMediCart partners are unable to accept and fulfill them. Your order could be canceled under a number of circumstances, such as the unavailability of the goods or quantities you bought, or faults or inconsistencies in the pricing data provided by our partners.


Additionally, iMediCart retains the authority to revoke any orders that meet the threshold for a "Bulk Order," as defined by iMediCart. A purchase can be categorized as a "Bulk Order" if it satisfies the following requirements, which is not an exhaustive list:

  1. Ordered goods are intended for business resale rather than personal consumption.
  2. Multiple orders for the same item are being placed at the same address.
  3. Ordering a large amount of the same commodity.
  4. A wrong address was entered in the order details.
  5. Any fraud committed when placing the order.

In compliance with the guidelines of this policy, there are no fees associated with canceling a purchase.
